The union has secured a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), offering benefits not available to foreign seafarers. NLNG,GAC,NYK,BW Gasなどの大手企業で永住雇用が実現し,海員のために貯蓄制度も確立されています. Permanent employment has been achieved in major companies like NLNG, GAC, NYK, and BW Gas, with savings schemes also established for seafarers.
