Starting April 1, 2025, the DIA allows duty-free import of natural cut and polished diamonds with a 10% value addition requirement for export. 年間輸出額が少なくとも1500万ドル以上である輸出者を対象に,この計画は競争力を高め,投資の逃亡を防止し,輸出の減少と雇用の減少のなかでの雇用を創出することを目指しています.
