The Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC) in Assam will release a Vision Document on December 30, aiming to promote peace, development, and cultural preservation for the region’s 26 ethnic and tribal communities. コミュニティーの協議を通じて発展した文書は,言語保護,土地権,教育,経済成長などの課題を提起する. Developed through community consultations, the document addresses issues like language protection, land rights, education, and economic growth. BTC チーフ・プラモド・ボロは,統一と進歩の促進を目指すボルドランドの新年プレゼントとしている. BTC Chief Pramod Boro calls it a "New Year gift" for Bodoland, aimed at fostering unity and progress.
