インドは、ヴィクラム・ミスリ外務大臣とブータンのオウム・ペマ・チョデン外務大臣との協議を経て、今後18か月間にブータンに1,500億ルピーの経済刺激策を提供することを検討することで合意した。 India has agreed to consider providing ₹1,500 crore in economic stimulus to Bhutan over the next 18 months, following discussions between Indian Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri and Bhutan's Foreign Secretary Aum Pema Choden. この経済支援は、接続性、インフラ、文化遺産、健康、教育、エネルギー、テクノロジーなどの分野に重点を置いたブータンの開発計画を支援することになる。 The economic support will aid Bhutan's development plans, with a focus on sectors such as connectivity, infrastructure, cultural heritage, health, education, energy, and technology. この決定は、第13次5カ年計画の一環である第3回インド・ブータン開発協力協議中になされた。 The decision was made during the third India-Bhutan Development Cooperation Talks, part of the 13th Five-Year Plan.
