イスラマバードの最高裁判所は,新たなトシャハナ事件で元首相 イムラン・カーンに保釈金を付与し,贈与を行わなければ"適正な措置"を要しないと判決した. The Islamabad High Court has granted bail to former Prime Minister Imran Khan in a new Toshakhana case, ruling that not depositing gifts does not warrant "appropriate action." カーンは8月から拘留されている 以前のトシャハナ事件のため Khan has been in detention since August due to a previous Toshakhana case. 裁判所は2023年3月の事務覚書には後効性がないと認め,カーン氏の事件には適用できないと判断した. The court noted that an office memorandum from March 2023 does not have retrospective effect and cannot be applied to Khan's case. カーンに対する訴訟は,今後の調査が必要となる. The case against Khan now requires further investigation.
