Abu Dhabiは,アル・ファヤで初めて淡水の貝貝漁事業を開始し,持続可能な農業の実施を推進し,畑における精製業の指導を強化することを目的としている. Abu Dhabi has launched the region's first freshwater pearl oyster aquaculture project in Al Faya, aiming to enhance sustainable farming practices and boost the emirate's leadership in the field. このプロジェクトは,隔離及び調査の区分とともに,毎年1万匹のカキを生産できる10室の室内施設を目指す. The project features a 10-unit indoor facility that can produce 10,000 oysters annually, alongside quarantine and research sections. 灌漑用水の再生など持続可能な方法を使い,すでに8,500頭ほどのカキを栽培している. It uses sustainable methods, such as reusing water for irrigation, and has already cultured about 8,500 oysters.
