The Baku Initiative Group (BIG), launched in September 2023, has expanded its international cooperation to support decolonization efforts, currently partnering with 14 regions, including Corsica and the Union of Comoros. The group plans to expand further in 2024, potentially including Reunion, and seeks to address environmental and cultural issues to promote global justice and equality.
