BeMetals Corp. announced trading will resume on the TSX Venture Exchange on May 5, 2026, following a share consolidation effective May 8, 2026. 統合により,既存の10株が新しい1株に変換され,残存額は約294百万から29.4百万にまで減少する. The consolidation will convert every 10 existing shares into one new share, reducing the outstanding count from approximately 294 million to about 29.4 million. 株主の所有権と投票権はほとんど変わらず,新しい株式証券が発行されます. Shareholders’ ownership and voting power will remain largely unchanged, and new share certificates will be issued.
