ルーイジアナ州レイク・チャールズに正式にオープンした マルディグラ博物館は 世界最大のマルディグラの衣装コレクションを常設している. The Mardi Gras Museum of Imperial Calcasieu officially opened in Lake Charles, Louisiana, offering a permanent home for the world’s largest collection of Mardi Gras costumes. この 新しい 施設 は 6,000 スクエア フィート で,浮遊艇 の 作製 や 地元 の クレイウ 人 と カジュン ・ クレオル 民族 の 文化 に 関する インタラクティブ な 展示 を 行なっ て い ます.訪問 者 たち が その よう な 衣装 を 着て シミュレーション さ れ た パレード を 見る こと が でき ます. The new 6,000-square-foot facility features interactive exhibits on float-building, local krewes, and Cajun and Creole culture, allowing visitors to try on costumes and experience a simulated parade. 門戸 は 大人 に 15 ドル,子供 に 8 ドル です.
