タイは2026年4月24日から労働規則を更新し,警備員や施設の監視に責任のある他の人々の残業代を義務付けました. Thailand has updated labor regulations, effective April 24, 2026, to mandate overtime pay for security personnel and others responsible for guarding premises. 新しい規則では,雇用者は通常の労働日において8時間以上の作業に対して最低1.25倍の時給を支払うことと,休憩日の残業時間は少なくとも2.5倍の時給を払うことを義務付けています. The new rules require employers to pay at least 1.25 times an employee’s hourly wage for work exceeding eight hours on regular workdays, and at least 2.5 times the hourly rate for overtime on rest days. 週労働時間は48時間を超えない限り,シフト勤務の場合でも適用されます. These provisions apply even in shift work scenarios, as long as weekly hours do not exceed 48.
