Built by Russia's Rosatom, the plant will feature four VVER-1200 reactors, each with a 1.2 GW capacity, and is being financed largely by Russia through a 22-year loan. 地中海沿岸にあるこのプロジェクトは2028年までに発電を開始する予定で,ロサトムは燃料と運用支援を提供している. The project, located on the Mediterranean coast, is expected to generate electricity by 2028, with Rosatom providing fuel and operational support.
