On April 11, landmarks across New Zealand will glow blue in a campaign to mark World Parkinson’s Day. パーキンソン病ニュージーランドが主催する「Spark the Night」イニシアチブは、国内で推定13,000人、世界中で数百万人に影響を及ぼすこの病気への認知を高めることを目的としています。 Organized by Parkinson’s New Zealand, the Spark the Night initiative aims to raise awareness for the disease, which affects an estimated 13,000 people in the country and millions worldwide. 橋や博物館を含む40以上の場所が参加し,連帯を象徴し,支援の必要性を強調します. Over 40 sites, including bridges and museums, will participate to symbolize solidarity and highlight the need for support.
