This temporary measure, announced in the FY27 budget, aims to help SEZ manufacturers manage global trade disruptions and utilize excess capacity. 対象となるのは2025年3月31日までに生産を開始し,20%の付加価値要件を満たす必要があります. To qualify, units must have started production by March 31, 2025, and meet a 20% value addition requirement. 販売額は過去3年間の最高輸出量の30%に制限され,国内産業を保護するために敏感なセクターが除外されます. Sales are capped at 30% of the unit's highest past three-year export volume, with sensitive sectors excluded to protect domestic industries.
