The National Company Law Tribunal has approved the withdrawal of insolvency proceedings against ATS Heights Private Limited, developer of the ATS Knightsbridge project, under Section 12A of the IBC, following a settlement with creditors. 2024年4月に提起された訴訟は,住宅購入者を保護するために,2024年5月には再審に延期されました.
