プロジェクトプラガティと i-Pragatiは2016年にジャヤント・アグロオーガニックがパートナーである Arkema,BASF,Solidaridadと共に立ち上げました グジュラート州でカスタードの持続可能な栽培を推進し,収穫量を32%増やして水の使用量を30%近く削減しました. Project Pragati and Project i-Pragati, launched in 2016 by Jayant Agro-Organics with partners Arkema, BASF, and Solidaridad, have driven sustainable castor farming in Gujarat, boosting yields by 32% and reducing water use by nearly 30%. この取り組みにより,1万6千ヘクタール以上の土地で13500人以上の農家が認定され 17万トンの認証されたカスタード種子が生産されています. The initiatives have certified over 13,500 farmers across more than 16,000 hectares, producing 170,000 tons of certified castor seeds. 農家は訓練を受け 安全装備や医療キャンプで支援され 1,150人以上の女性が農業のスキル,デジタルリテラシー,金融に関するスキルを身につけました Farmers received training, safety gear, and medical camps, while over 1,150 women gained skills in farming, digital literacy, and finance. プログラムにより,気候変動に耐える農業と責任あるカスターの供給チェーンにおけるインドのグローバル役割が強化されます.
