The Indian Coast Guard held its first joint training in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands from March 9 to 14, 2026, combining OPRC Level-I oil spill response with a debut course on hazardous and noxious substances (HNS) spill management. スルビジャヤ・パームで開催された週刊運動は,沿岸警備隊のアンダマン及びニコバル司令官の職員等が参加し,海洋環境の緊急事態に備える準備の強化を目指すことを目指した. The week-long exercise, hosted at Sri Vijaya Puram, involved Coast Guard personnel, Andaman and Nicobar Command units, and other maritime stakeholders, aiming to boost readiness for marine environmental emergencies. この訓練は,生態学的に敏感な地域におけるHNSの事故に対する新たな危機管理計画を支援し,インド洋における海上交通と環境リスクの増大に対処するための取り組みを反映しています. The training supports a new Crisis Management Plan for HNS incidents in the ecologically sensitive region and reflects growing efforts to address rising maritime traffic and environmental risks in the Indian Ocean.
