Laos has launched its 10th National Socio-Economic Development Plan (2026–2030), focusing on sustainable development, regional integration, and poverty reduction. 重要な目標には,学校入学率を上げ,中学校中退率を8%以下に抑え,職業教育を卒業した5万人を生み出す,子供の死亡率と栄養失調を減らす,65万人の労働者を訓練し,4万1,000人を雇用するなどがあります. Key goals include raising school enrollment, keeping lower secondary dropout rates below 8%, producing 50,000 vocational graduates, reducing child mortality and malnutrition, training 650,000 workers, and placing 411,000 in jobs. 貧困から10万世帯以上を救い 貧困率を"桁に削減し 森林の覆いを70%まで増やし 温室効果ガスの吸収率を60%まで 上げるという計画です The plan aims to lift over 100,000 families out of poverty, reduce the national poverty rate to single digits, increase forest cover to 70%, and boost greenhouse gas absorption by 60%. また、ユネスコの承認により文化遺産を促進し、ASEANの廊下に沿って高速道路を国際標準に改め、活用の促進を図る。 It also promotes cultural heritage through UNESCO nominations and upgrades highways along ASEAN corridors to international standards to improve connectivity.
