Hua Medicine's diabetes drug dorzagliatin, sold as MYHOMSIS®, has received marketing approval in Hong Kong under the region’s “1+” regulatory innovation mechanism, marking its first approval outside mainland China. 2022年以降中国で承認された第一級のグルコキナーゼアクターは,インスリンの分泌を強化し肝臓の生産を抑制することによりグルコースの実用化を図るように設計されている. The first-in-class glucokinase activator, previously approved in China since 2022, is designed to restore glucose homeostasis by enhancing insulin secretion and regulating liver glucose production. 2型糖尿病の成人のために,第一線単療法またはメトホルミンとの併用として使用することが承認されています.
