On the 20th anniversary of the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC, 2006), the ILO and IMO reaffirmed its critical role in setting global standards for seafarers’ rights, including wages, working hours, rest, health care, and safety. 三重同盟から生まれたこの条約は,海上の状況を改善し,公正な競争を促進し,暴力,嫌がらせ,海上放棄などの新たな課題に適応した. The treaty, born from tripartite cooperation, has improved conditions at sea, promoted fair competition, and adapted to new challenges like violence, harassment, and seafarer abandonment. 支払われていない賃金や船への攻撃や 陸上の休暇の拒否などの問題があるにもかかわらず,MLCは継続的な更新と,世界中の海人を保護し,強制力を強化するための共同努力によって,生きているツールであり続けています. Despite ongoing issues such as unpaid wages, ship attacks, and denial of shore leave, the MLC remains a living instrument, with continuous updates and joint efforts to strengthen enforcement and protect seafarers worldwide.
