The Building Control (Amendment) Act, 2025 enforces stricter penalties for illegal construction and non-compliance, improving safety in fast-growing cities. 2025年 ウガンダ銀行は 抵当再補機関を規制し 長期住宅金融の拡大を目指す The Mortgage Refinance Institutions Act, 2025 empowers the Bank of Uganda to regulate mortgage refinance institutions, aiming to expand long-term housing finance. 資産評価法2025は 資産評価の慣行を標準化し監督するために 認定評価士協会を設立しました The Valuation Act, 2025 creates the Institute of Certified Valuers to standardize and oversee property valuation practices. この法律は共同で,ウガンダの建設業及び住宅業部門を通じて,安全,透明性,職業主義を強化し,都市開発と住宅市場の安定を支援することを目指している.
