Seventy-six Cumbrian teenagers, selected from nearly 300 applicants, have started the Dream Placement programme, a half-term leadership initiative offering hands-on experience in engineering, nuclear, tourism, renewable energy, and the arts. このプログラムには,リーダーシップ振興センターによる計画があり,当該プログラムには,問題解決の作業や,32の地方企業とのネットワークが含まれている.
