ECOWAS社会裁判所は2026年2月16日から18日にかけてナイジェリアのアブジャで3日間の会合を開催し,ナイジェリアのコンペテンティ国家機関及びその他の関係者は,その判決の執行の改善に努めた。 The ECOWAS Community Court of Justice held a three-day meeting in Abuja, Nigeria, from February 16 to 18, 2026, with Nigeria’s Competent National Authority and other stakeholders to improve enforcement of its rulings. この講演は,特に人権及び異動事件における裁判所の決定の実施における課題と進展に焦点をあて,組織の連携,構築能力,加盟国間の業務の標準化を目指すものとした. The talks focused on challenges and progress in implementing court decisions, especially in human rights and cross-border cases, and aimed to strengthen institutional cooperation, build capacity, and standardize procedures across member states. このイベントはECOWASの50周年記念活動の一環で,シエラレオネとの同様の取り組みの続き,ギニアでの将来の会合も計画されている. The event was part of ECOWAS’s 50th-anniversary activities and followed similar engagements with Sierra Leone, with future meetings planned for Guinea.
