The Rs 599 crore project, delayed for years due to tender issues and non-compliance with JICA guidelines, will serve nine high-density areas, strengthen infrastructure, reduce non-revenue water from 30-45% to below 15%, and ensure more reliable clean water access. 12年間の整備協定は,別々にパイプラインの整備を行うものとする. A 12-year maintenance agreement will cover pipeline upkeep separately.
