2026年2月1日に香港の13校の190人以上の中学生が,珍しいロングマンズクジラの骨格を2027年に公開するために準備するために1年間のSTEAMプログラムを開始しました. Over 190 secondary students from 13 Hong Kong schools began a year-long STEAM programme on February 1, 2026, to prepare a rare Longman’s beaked whale skeleton for public display in 2027. LINGAN大学と共同で香港ポリテック大学とオーシャンパーク保護財団を併せて,このプロジェクトは2024年の鯨の鎖を活用して,学生に骨格の準備,科学及び保全を指導している. Led by Lingnan University with partners including The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Ocean Park Conservation Foundation, the project uses the 2024 whale stranding to teach students skeleton preparation, science, and conservation. 活動には,手作業,講義,美術などを含む,プラスチック汚染などの海洋脅威に対する意識を高めることを目的としている. Activities include hands-on work, lectures, and art, aiming to raise awareness about marine threats like plastic pollution. 2027年の2つの展示会では 鯨と地元の種が展示され 胃から発見されたプラスチック袋も展示されます Two exhibitions in 2027 will feature the whale and local species, including a plastic-filled bag found in its stomach.
