バナラス・ヒンドゥー大学は,国際食糧調査研究所と連携し,2026年2月5日から7日にかけてヴァラシアにおける気候変動対策農業に関する国際会議を開催する. Banaras Hindu University, in collaboration with the International Rice Research Institute, will host an international conference on climate-resilient agriculture in Varanasi from February 5 to 7, 2026. インド、米国、メキシコ、フィリピン、セルビア、ネパールから500人以上の参加者が、気候変動に関する農業、地理学、農業におけるAI、持続可能な慣習について議論することを期待されている。 Over 500 participants from India, the USA, Mexico, the Philippines, Serbia, and Nepal are expected to discuss climate-smart farming, genomics, AI in agriculture, and sustainable practices. BHUの遺伝子・植物の再生省が組織し,IRRIが支援するイベントは,気候変動に伴う世界食糧安全のための革新的な政策的解決策を推進し,農家の包括化と実用的実施を促進することを目的としている. The event, organized by BHU’s Department of Genetics and Plant Breeding and supported by IRRI, aims to advance innovative, policy-driven solutions for global food security amid climate change, emphasizing farmer inclusion and practical implementation.
