ICCが提訴した事件で オザクホームは虚偽の証拠を使って ロンドンの財産の所有権を主張した The case, originally filed by the ICPC, alleges Ozekhome falsely claimed ownership of a London property using fraudulent evidence. AGF の 事務 所 は 憲法 上 の 権威 の もと に 統制 を 行ない , 公益 の ため に , また 公正 で 有能 な 起訴 の 必要 性 を 強調 し まし た。 The AGF’s office assumed control under constitutional authority, citing public interest and the need for a fair, competent prosecution. 起訴は2月24日に延期され AGFが事件ファイルを 検討する時間を与えられ ICPCは協力し 異議は提出されなかった. The arraignment has been postponed to February 24 to allow time for the AGF to review the case file, with the ICPC cooperating and no objections raised.
