Nagaland returned to India’s Republic Day parade in 2026 after a 14-year absence, showcasing its Hornbill Festival as a model of culture-led tourism and community self-reliance. テーマは"文化,観光,自立を祝う"で 伝統工芸,音楽,料理,若者の起業を強調し 持続可能な開発と先住民の慣行を強調した. The tableau, themed “Celebrating Culture, Tourism and Self-Reliance,” highlighted traditional crafts, music, cuisine, and youth entrepreneurship, emphasizing sustainable development and indigenous practices. グレート・インディアン・ホーンビルを中心に、文化的保存、生態系のバランス、経済的エンパワーメントを象徴していました。 Centered on the Great Indian Hornbill, it symbolized cultural preservation, ecological balance, and economic empowerment. 展示には野生の植物繊維で作られた織物とキヤムニンガン族の女性によって手作りされたジョブズ・ティアーズ (Jobs Tears) のビーズが展示され,共和国の日の招待状にも反映された.
