The programme offers technical training in project controls alongside pastoral care, mentoring, and soft skills development, aiming to address regional skills shortages in nuclear, infrastructure, and construction sectors. 脆弱な地域社会とジョブセンターの参加者からのインプットにより,外部の請負業者への依存を軽減し,社会活動の促進,地方経済の強化を目指している. Designed with input from vulnerable communities and Job Centre participants, it seeks to reduce reliance on external contractors, boost social mobility, and strengthen the local economy. 22人の応募者が最初の選考日より前に参加しており,6ヶ月ごとに新規の応募者が来ています Twenty-two applicants have already engaged ahead of the first selection day, with new intakes every six months. この取り組みは,雇用者のパートナーシップにオープンしている.
