IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a management agreement with Hanu Overseas to launch its Vignette Collection brand in India, opening a 145-room luxury hotel in Panchkula, Chandigarh Metropolitan Region, in early 2026. この敷地には11のスイート,4つの食堂,スパ,プール,フィットネスセンター,小売場,2,200平方メートル以上のイベントスペースがあり,事業者やレジャー旅行者、特にMICEや結婚式の客を対象にしている. The property will feature 11 suites, four dining venues, a spa, pool, fitness center, retail space, and over 2,200 square meters of event space, targeting business and leisure travelers, particularly for MICE and weddings. これはIHGがインドの高級ライフスタイル部門への参入を象徴し,現在稼働中の51軒と開発中の80軒を基に,インドのポートフォリオを5年以内に400軒以上に拡大するという目標を支持します. This marks IHG’s entry into India’s luxury lifestyle segment, supporting its goal to expand its Indian portfolio to over 400 hotels within five years, building on 51 currently operating and 80 in development.
