SEBI has launched the SWAGAT-FI framework, effective June 1, 2026, creating a unified, automated system for Foreign Portfolio and Venture Capital Investors to simplify registration and compliance across investment routes. この取り組みは,新設の規定により裏付けられ,主な財源,中央銀行,年金基金などの有価証券等に係る事務業務及び流通プロセスを削減し,規制的複雑化と効率の向上によりインドの国際資本への訴えを強化することを目的としている.
