Qatar has launched the Qatar Patient Safety Classification, a national framework to standardize reporting and analysis of patient safety incidents and best practices across all healthcare facilities. この制度はカタール国立ビジョン2030と健康政策2024-2030との一致で,薬品の故障,滝,感染症などの症例を4レベル活用し,データ制御の改善をサポートしている.
