The Blue Voices Regional Summit 2026, set for January 26–28 in Zanzibar, will unite officials from Zanzibar, Tanzania, Kenya, and Mauritius to combat illegal, unreported, and unregulated fishing in the South West Indian Ocean. このイベントは"1つの海,1つの声"というテーマに焦点を当て,共有監視システムを通じて地域協力を強化し,調和した規制を図り,経済の損失を軽減し,魚の株を保護し,沿岸地域の生活を支えることを目指している。 Focused on the theme “One Ocean, One Voice,” the event aims to strengthen regional cooperation through shared monitoring systems, harmonized regulations, and joint enforcement to reduce economic losses, protect fish stocks, and support coastal livelihoods.
