The UAE has enacted a Federal Decree-Law on child digital safety, effective in 2026, to protect minors from online risks that could harm their physical, psychological, and moral development. この法律は,ソーシャル・メディア,ゲーム,ストリーミング,e-commerceなどの全てのデジタルプラットフォームについて準用する. The law applies to all digital platforms—such as social media, gaming, streaming, and e-commerce—operating in or targeting UAE users, as well as internet service providers and caregivers. 年齢確認,標準プライバシー設定,コンテンツのフィルタリング及び対象広告の制限を課する. It mandates age verification, default privacy settings, content filtering, and restrictions on targeted advertising. 13歳未満の子どもたちの個人データ収集は,承認を受けた教育又は健康プラットフォームを除く. Personal data collection from children under 13 is banned except for approved educational or health platforms. オンラインギャンブルやギャンブルは未成年者に対して禁止されている.
