China has passed a new hazardous chemicals safety law, adopted on December 27, 2025, set to take effect May 1, 2026. この法律は,製造,貯蔵,運送,処分等の危険化学物質の全ライフサイクルに包括的な規制を定め,事故防止,公衆衛生及び環境保全,監督及び責任の強化を目的としている.
