On December 16, 2025, Taiwan’s Legislative Yuan passed amendments to four laws to strengthen protections for undersea cables and critical infrastructure. 変更により,台湾の水域での船舶は正確な自動識別システムと船体マークを維持し,違反に対して最大1000万テントン・ドルまでの罰金を科し,海底ケーブルを損傷したり港を妨害したりするために使用された船舶や機器の没収を許可します.
