テキサス州議会で 死亡刑の適用を拡大する法案を 提出しました 12歳未満の児童のレイプを 対象とする法案です 犯罪を撮影するなど 犯罪を悪化させる要因を 追加しました Tennessee State Representative Greg Martin has introduced House Bill 1454 to expand the state’s death penalty law to include the rape of children under 12, adding aggravating factors like prior sex offenses, use of weapons or intoxicants, and filming the crime. この法案は2024年の法律で成立し,すでにこのようなレイプを"クラスA重罪"とし,40-60年の懲役に処した. The bill builds on a 2024 law that already made such rape a Class A felony with 40–60-year sentences and allowed capital punishment. 児童の虐待に対する説明責任を強化し,公衆の安全を高めることを目的として,第114回テネシー州総会第二回会は2025年1月13日に開始する予定です. It aims to strengthen accountability for child predators and enhance public safety, with the second session of the 114th Tennessee General Assembly set to begin January 13, 2025.
