アートサンブル・アンダーグラウンドによるライブ・ペインティング・コンテストである"バトル・オブ・ザ・アーツ"は 12月19日にフォートマイヤーズ市中心部で南西フロリダ・ミューラル・フェスティバルを立ち上げ,地域のアーティストが 4×8フィートのパネルで大規模作品を制作します. The Battle of the Arts, a live painting competition by Artsemble Underground, will launch the Southwest Florida Mural Festival on December 19 in downtown Fort Myers, featuring regional artists creating large-scale works on 4-by-8-foot panels. フリー・デイ・イベントにはライブ・ミュージック・食品・飲み物・アーティストの交流も含まれている.
