2025年10月下旬にドバイで開催された第9回技術学会は300人以上の専門家を招集し,政体機関,アカデミア,産業界の指導者等からの洞察を主体としたモジュラー建設と持続性について協議した。 The 9th Technical Conference of CSCEC Middle East, held in Dubai in late October 2025, gathered over 300 experts to discuss modular construction and sustainability, featuring insights from government bodies, academia, and industry leaders. このイベントでは,CSCECの"品質住宅"アプローチと,様々なインフラプロジェクトのためのモジュールシステムが強調されました. The event highlighted CSCEC’s "Quality Homes" approach and its modular systems for diverse infrastructure projects. 学術系UAE協会との連携を強化し,研究,才能開発,プロジェクトの提供を促進し,持続可能な技術的建設を推進するための地域的な努力を強化した. A Memorandum of Understanding was signed with the Society of Engineers-UAE to boost collaboration in research, talent development, and project delivery, reinforcing regional efforts to advance sustainable, tech-driven construction.
