The five-year, multi-phase project, spanning four city blocks, aims to address rising community needs amid a projected 20% population increase by 2030. フェーズ1に掲げる建物は3つあり:緊急及び移転時の避難施設のための支援的ソリューション,地域コミューターは,ハリケーンによる公共安全施設及び食事施設として,150人分の食事施設として,さらには中毒や精神医療サービスの提供及び再突入計画の提供に係る生命の回復を図るものである. Phase 1 includes three buildings: Supportive Housing Solutions for emergency and transitional shelter, the Community Connector as a hurricane-rated public safety shelter and meal facility for up to 150 people, and Life Recovery offering addiction and mental health services and reentry programs. このイニシアチブは長期的地域社会の回復を支援するとともに,この地域における組織の第75回の奉仕を象徴する.
