ザンファラ州知事ダダダ・ローアルは,2025-2034年度における国家初の包括的長期開発計画を明らかにし,官吏,伝統的指導者,KPMGのインプットで開発した。 Governor Dauda Lawal of Zamfara State unveiled the state’s first comprehensive long-term development plan for 2025–2034, developed with input from officials, traditional leaders, and KPMG. この計画は,国家的・世界的目標と一致して,その6つの柱に焦点をあてている. The plan, aligned with national and global goals, focuses on six pillars—economy, infrastructure, social welfare, human capital, governance, and environmental sustainability—with measurable targets and a monitoring system. MoFIの協定やアフリカ開発銀行の資金調達、雇用創出,食糧安全,貧困削減などを目指すなどの連携を通じて農業及び天然資源の促進を目的としている. It aims to boost agriculture and natural resources through partnerships like the MoFI agreement and African Development Bank funding, targeting job creation, food security, and poverty reduction. 政策ではなくビジョンに 根ざした転換点であり 包摂的な成長と永続的な変化を約束した Lawal called the launch a turning point rooted in vision, not politics, pledging inclusive growth and lasting change.
