2025年12月1日〜3日,福建州フーゾーで開催された第3回海外中国人開発人材会議は,39カ国・地域から海外中国人を集めた.その多くは,70万人以上の海外住民を擁するグローバルハブであるチャンレ地区から来た. The 3rd Overseas Chinese Talent Conference for Development in Fuzhou, Fujian, from December 1–3, 2025, brought together overseas Chinese from 39 countries and regions, many from Changle District, a global hub with over 700,000 diaspora. このイベントは、文化のアイデンティティ、健康、回復を象徴する伝統的な手作りの料理であつてゐたグンミアン・ヌードルを主題に掲げた. The event highlighted gangmian noodles, a traditional handmade dish symbolizing cultural identity, health, and resilience. 噛みごたえのある食感と豚のリブやシーフードから作られた濃厚なスープで知られるこの料理は、伝統的な端午祭りの際に「ドラゴンウィスカーズ」として食べられ、世界中のチャングルの子孫たちの祖先の絆や郷愁を呼び起こします。 Known for its chewy texture and rich broth made from pork ribs and seafood, the dish is traditionally eaten during the Dragon Boat Festival as “dragon whiskers,” evoking ancestral ties and homesickness among Changle descendants worldwide.
