フィリピンのバロロルドで開催されたテラ・マドレ・マドレ・アジアと太平洋2025年度は、持続可能な食糧システム、生物多様性、地域的な農業を推進するため、2000人以上の代表が集まった。 Terra Madre Asia & Pacific 2025, held in Bacolod, Philippines, gathered over 2,000 delegates to promote sustainable food systems, biodiversity, and community-led agriculture. この地域で初めて起こった出来事は,気候危機への鍵となる解決策として,農林学や先住民知識,地域食糧主権を強調した. The first event of its kind in the region highlighted agroecology, Indigenous knowledge, and local food sovereignty as key solutions to the climate crisis. バコロドは地域の最初の国際スローフードハブとして設立され,フィリピンは最初のスローフード旅行先を立ち上げ,ネグロスの農業の多様性を祝いました. Bacolod was established as the region’s first international Slow Food Hub, and the Philippines launched its first Slow Food Travel destination, celebrating Negros’ agricultural diversity. 伝統作物,種子保存,食糧政策に関するワークショップが開催され, 回復力のある公平な食糧システムを構築するための草の根の取り組みを強化しました. The event featured workshops on traditional crops, seed preservation, and food policy, reinforcing grassroots efforts to build resilient, equitable food systems. 第2版は2027年に予定されている.
