Palmer, currently head of the Ministry for the Environment, brings extensive experience in environmental policy, natural resource management, and cross-sector collaboration. 彼は2025年7月1日にESNZの設立以来GNS ScienceとNIWAの統合を主導したジョン・モーガンの暫定CEOに後継する.
