On November 21, 2025, Indian Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal led a 60-member business delegation to Israel, meeting with diamond merchants and addressing the India-Israel CEOs Forum with Israeli Economy Minister Nir Barkat. 両国は"自由貿易協定交渉"の発足に規定し,農業,医療,防衛,デジタル経済,クリーンエネルギー,ハイテク革新などにおける協力を強調した. The two nations signed the Terms of Reference to launch Free Trade Agreement negotiations, highlighting cooperation in agriculture, healthcare, defense, digital economy, clean energy, and high-tech innovation. ゴヤルはバーカットと二国間会談を行い,経済関係を強化するためにエルサレムへ向かう予定だった. Goyal also held a bilateral meeting with Barkat and was set to travel to Jerusalem to strengthen economic ties.
