On November 9, 2025, the China-Benin Fashion Show in Cotonou celebrated cultural exchange with nearly 100 outfits blending Chinese Hanfu, Qipao, and ethnic wear with Beninese designs inspired by themes like "Rebirth" and "Confidence." ベニンの中国文化センターとアベミ=カラビ大学の孔子研究所と共同で開催されたこのイベントでは,ベニンの綿など両国から寄せられた繊維の伝統を強調した。 Co-hosted by the Chinese Cultural Center in Benin and the Confucius Institute at the University of Abomey-Calavi, the event highlighted textile traditions from both nations, including Benin’s cotton, known locally as "white gold." この番組では、外交官や文化指導者が複数の国から参加し、ファッションを相互理解のためのツールとして強調し、共有創造を通じて相互の絆を強化した。 Attended by diplomats and cultural leaders from multiple countries, the show emphasized fashion as a tool for mutual understanding and strengthened bilateral ties through shared creativity.
