Themed “Heritage-Connection-Era,” the event runs through November 16 and showcases Vietnam’s cultural diversity through traditional and contemporary performances, exhibitions, and creative activities at major landmarks like the Temple of Literature and Hanoi Museum. このフェスティバルは,都道府県人民委員会の組織により組織され,民間の職人や若いクリエイターを統一し,持続可能な観光を促進し,文化革新と世界的な統合の動的な中心地としてハノイを位置づけることを目的としている. Organized by the city’s People's Committee, the festival aims to unite folk artisans and young creators, promote sustainable tourism, and position Hanoi as a dynamic center of cultural innovation and global integration.
