2025年5月,妻と友人2人と北京から海南の海口に移り住んだ62歳の日本のレストラン屋,カト・テツヤは,8月に"ジジズ・オークルズ"という日本のビストロを開店した. Japanese restaurateur Kato Tetsuya, 62, relocated from Beijing to Haikou, Hainan, in May 2025 with his wife and two friends, opening a Japanese bistro named "Jijiz Uncles" in August. 地元政府と日本エンタープライズ協同組合の支援を受けて,このレストランは2か月で完成し,地元住民と国際的訪問者の両方に奉仕した. Supported by local government and the Japanese Enterprise Cooperation Center, the restaurant was completed in two months and serves both locals and international visitors. カトは事業を拡大し,海南の材料を使って融合料理を作り,海南の特別関税業務を2025年末までに開始する際には文化交流を促進することを目指しています. Kato aims to expand his business, create fusion dishes using Hainan ingredients, and promote cultural exchange as Hainan’s special customs operations launch by year-end 2025.
