Singapore has selected Therme Group to build a S$1 billion wellbeing destination in Marina South, set to open by 2030, marking Asia’s first large-scale wellness facility. マリーナ・バレージとガーデンズ・バイ・ザ・ベイの近くにある4ヘクタールの敷地には,温泉プール,サウナ,緑地,医療技術があり,年間200万人の訪問者を引き寄せ,その半分は海外からの訪問者を目指しています. The 4-hectare site near Marina Barrage and Gardens by the Bay will feature thermal pools, saunas, green spaces, and health technology, aiming to attract 2 million visitors annually, half from overseas. このプロジェクトはDPアーキテクチャとテルミー ARCで発展し、持続性、不確定性、自然との統合を強調し、2040年までにシンガポールの観光収入47-500億ドルの目標を支えている。 Developed with DP Architects and Therme ARC, the project emphasizes sustainability, inclusivity, and integration with nature, supporting Singapore’s goal of $47–50 billion in tourism revenue by 2040.
