Eni and Malaysia’s Petronas have formed a joint venture, NewCo, combining their upstream oil and gas assets in Indonesia and Malaysia, with a binding agreement signed at ADIPEC. 新しい事業体は19の資産を管理し,今後の5年間で150億円以上を投資し,さらに100億バレルを探査しながら,発見された貯水池30億バレルの開発を目指す. The new entity will manage 19 assets, invest over $15 billion in the next five years, and aim to develop 3 billion barrels of discovered reserves while exploring 10 billion barrels more. 1日30万バレル以上の石油を生産し,成長を目標に50万個を超える石油を生産する予定である.
