The 160-kilometer road, crucial for connecting Kathmandu to eastern and mid-Terai regions, lost over 10 kilometers to flooding, disrupting transportation and trade. この協定は2025年10月30日にカトマンズで,日本の大使とネパールの財務長官が,高官の出席で署名した.
